Southsiders Logo Concept

A somewhat more thoughtful look at the Vancouver Southsiders, a supporter group for Vancouver Whitecaps FC of MLS.

I kept everything within a circle, so it would work well as an embroidered patch or sticker. The background of blue/white represent both the horizon when looking out to sea, or a snow-capped mountain. In the bottom there is the bottom-half of a compass, a somewhat on-the-nose decorative symbol. Finally a red maple leaf, because though the Southsiders are of many backgrounds, they are the largest supporter group in Canada, and support the best team in Canada.
