Artist's Comments
This is a logo for fictional winery located in the Rheingau region of Germany. They specialize in white wines, including Reisling, Rivaner, and Silvaner. The bird sitting on the logotype is a Sterna Hirundo (Common Tern), which is found in this area.
The blue, green, and orange bars on the first example represent the three types of wine they produce. It was created in that style for use on a boxed set of those three flavours of wine. |
